  • Printer Repair Service: Includes diagnosis, printer repair service, hardware replacement, maintenance services, and software/driver installation.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Refund Policy:  Service charge is not refundable after providing the service.

5. Device Collection and Ownership

  • Unclaimed Devices: If a repaired device is not collected within 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of it following multiple attempts to contact the  customer.
  • Ownership of Submitted Devices: By submitting a device for repair, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or have permission to authorize the repair.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and may not be used without our permission.


7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, including cases of non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms.
